Minera Virray S. de R.L. works mainly in Mexico. Minera Virray is based in Hermosillo, in the Sonora state in northern Mexico. Our headquarters and base of operations is in Hermosillo, Sonora.
Minera Virray currently has over 10 experienced Mexican geologists, geotechnicians, permitting experts, landmen, expediters, and office support personnel on staff. All of whom understand the needs of the international mining community, as well as understanding what it takes to get things done in Mexico, and elsewhere in Central America and Latin America. Our bilingual contact persons make communication between client and field personnel straightforward. Our diverse staff allows us to offer a full range of services, up to turnkey exploration management operations where we also handle the payroll, accounting, tax, and insurance aspects of program administration. We also have access to a broad range of experienced Mexican specialty consultants as needed.
Changing political realities have considerably increased governmental and environmental permitting requirements, which materially affect exploration and especially advanced-stage projects. Getting permits in a timely fashion is vital and requires knowledge of the governmental agencies involved, the people within these agencies who are responsible for application approval. We have dedicated specific individuals to learning and working the ins and outs of this bureaucratic process and have successfully permitted many projects. Our facilitators keep abreast of any changes so that we can expedite to your permitting challenges. We also work closely with Mexican geotechnical and environmental specialists.
Mexico has undertaken tremendous structural changes and become more stable in over the last 25 years. Major discoveries have been recently made across Mexican territory. Our role will be to provide the necessary expertise within your staff so that you can start to work and advance your Exploration Projects successfully.

Mr. Villagran Garcia holds an engineering degree from a renowned Engineering School and an MBA from a renowned Business School located in the Industrious State of Nuevo Leon in Mexico’s northern border with Texas. His achievements in the mining industry have consolidated him to lead Canadian, Mexican and American mining operations. His engineering education has allowed him to rely on Aeronautical, Software, Telecommunications and Computing to solidly advance in the Social Media Sector. Mr. Villagran Garcia has also been exposed to Aeronautics as he held Executive Positions in the Aviation Industry. His understanding of the Financial World and Economics have also been of assistance to engage in successful fund raising.
